Chilli Sauce

Ingredients
400g Red chilies, roughly chopped
400g tinned tomatoes, roughly chopped
2cm Ginger, peeled and grated
¼ cup White sugar
¼ cup White wine vinegar
Method
Combine, chilies, tomato, sugar, and vinegar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes or till it starts to thicken.
Remove from heat to cool then blend till smooth, not too much you don't want a puree.
