Garlic Butter

Garlic Butter

125g Butter, softened

3-4 Garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon Parsley, finely chopped


Chilli Garlic Butter

125g Butter, softened

3-4 Garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon Dill, finely chopped

1-2 Red chillies, finely chopped


Lemon Garlic Butter

125g Butter, softened

3-4 Garlic cloves, crushed

1/2 teaspoon Lemon zest

1 tablespoon Lemon juice


Method

Place all the ingredients from the recipe you are using in a small bowl.

Stir well to combine.

Use as per the recipe you are following, if you want to keep it in the fridge store it centeras follows;

Place a piece of baking paper on the counter, around 20 x 30cm, spoon the mixture into the centre of the paper. Shape into a log, then using your paper, roll up and twist the ends to close.

Place in the fridge till ready to use.
